Coloured Decorating Slips

Clay-water slips for dipping and trailing. Compounded from earthenware bodies, but able to be fired to stoneware temperatures. The firing range is 1000 - 1290 degrees C.

Water may be added or removed if it is necessary to alter the consistency.

Can be applied to leather hard clay with brushes, sponges or slip trailers. The colours will be enhanced by application of a suitable transparent glaze after biscuit firing.

We stock the slips in 500 cc, but they are also available in 5 litre tubs. Please ask for details of price and delivery.
