USED KILNS - We regret that after much consideration we have taken the decision to stop purchasing secondhand kilns. We may occasionally continue to take a kiln that is in good condition as part exchange against a new kiln, however it must be recognised that used kilns are not usually in good order, and often require substantial works to bring them back to a reasonable condition. In most situations the best we can offer is to just take the old kiln away and dispose of it for you. If you are a long way from our workshop then it is not economically viable for us to call to collect an old kiln. Our costs incurred in transport and staff time quickly reduce the amount we can offer. We have several kilns still in our workshop which we will list on the website as soon as we can, but once they have gone then we will no longer actively seek further stocks. We are sorry if you are disappointed, but we feel that we cannot continue with this line of the business.
USED EQUIPMENT - At the moment we will continue to deal in wheels, pugmills, etc, but prices paid will have to reflect our time and costs in collecting these items.
