Wax Resist, 500 ml

Apply to ware with a brush or sponge to prevent glaze application in designated areas.  During the firing the wax burns off leaving the area free of glaze.  Ideal for painting around the base of vases, pots, mugs, etc.  Can also be applied with a tool such as an old toothbrush to achieve a splatter effect.  May be applied to greenware, bisque or unfired colour to achieve interesting designs.  If you apply glaze over the wax, beads of colour will remain unless wiped off, thus resulting in more interesting effects.
