Mayco SW-188 Landslide, 473 ml
One of the new glazes from Mayco. A soft matte rich brown glaze, that will pool dark and glossy and break over texture. Can be runny on vertical pieces, so be careful to thin the coats towards the bottom of your ware.
Dry and fire to cone 5 - 6. See www.maycocolors.com for cone 10 results.
Can also be used in combination with other Mayco glazes for different effects. Always test in your kiln on your chosen clay body.
Non-toxic but not food safe due to the surface durability.
