Wet back spray booth

Wet back spray booth, works on the principle of a curtain of continuously recycled water running down the rear face of the spray booth. A glaze spray is aimed towards the curtain, being guided by a powerful extraction fan. The glaze is trapped by the water, whilst the air stream is pulled through the booth and into a washable stainless steel pre-filter, and then into a washable filter bag. Excess glaze is washed into the tank, and can be later reclaimed. A ball valve allows water to be drained and the tank contents removed. Any glaze materials can also be removed and disposed of. Mounted on castors for ease of movement. Designed to be used by educational establishments and studio potters, and does not need ducting to atmosphere, therefore it is fully portable. Stainless steel construction with polypropylene water tank. Meets H&S recommendations. Suitable for water based materials.
